Have you ever had a really great (or really bad) experience at a restaurant or another place you’ve visited? My job at Taco Bell is to help make sure every guest has a great one! I look at customer feedback and data to figure out what’s working and what’s not, then help improve things like ordering, food quality, and speed of service. Sometimes I feel like a detective because I use tools like AI and coding to find patterns and solve problems. I also run tests to see what works best and even get to try new food in our innovation kitchen (plus enjoy favorites like Crunchwraps and crunchy tacos!). If you like solving problems, using technology, and making people happy, this could be a fun career for you!
