I work with volunteers who are matched with youth in the foster care system. As advocates, they build strong relationships, listen carefully, and speak up to help make sure each young person is safe, supported, and heard. They work with judges, social workers, and families, and play an important role in helping youth navigate challenges and reach their goals. My job is to support and prepare these volunteers so they can effectively advocate for youth and help make sure their voices are heard.
